An Amazing Opportunity

As I write this, I am traveling west in a small plane bound for Denver. I boarded at 6am. This flight is the beginning of an action packed, educational and fun next 10 days.

I am Nebraska Cattlemens representative for National Cattlemens Beed Assn (NCBA) Young Cattlemens Conference (YCC). I am thrilled for this opportunity! Many thanks for NC for sending me on this trip.

We start out in Denver, then spend a few days in Chicago and then on to Washington DC.

It’s hard leaving work, the ranch and above all my family and of course my little man. But this trip is well worth it.

So be expecting pictures and blog posts in the next 10 days highlighting the trip!!

And I will leave you with a picture of me and my little man after we finished working cows the other day. We both had our BEEF shirts on! 🙂

We are synchronizing them for artificial insemenation (AI). Unfortunately the first group will be done before I get home. But I will be back to help breed the second group.

I look forward to sharing my trip with you!
